Customer Service Representative
I got there 15 minutes early for my interview. The door was locked and no one answered. I tried calling the number listed on Google, but no one picked up. I also texted the number that had sent me the interview details. Still no response. Then, about 15 minutes after my interview was supposed to start, two guys showed up. I had to go interrupt them while they were playing ping pong to get my interview. I had a feeling it was a waste of time, like they either forgot or just didn't care. Maybe they already had someone else in mind? Not sure. After the interview, they told me that if I got a call between 5pm and 6pm, I got the job. If not, then I didn't.
- What do you think is the most crucial element in delivering excellent customer service?
Customer Service Representative
I went through two interviews, the first one was in-person and the second one was on the phone. The first interview was a bit nerve-wracking since there were multiple people interviewing at the same time in the waiting area. But the second interview was great! The office manager, Sarah V., called me and talked about the job duties and responsibilities. She then offered me the job right then and there on the call and was super welcoming!
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a challenging customer situation.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really different from the usual. We played a game of Connect 4, and they asked me about what truly matters to me. They were curious about what I'd pursue if financial constraints weren't a factor. It felt relaxed and enjoyable.
- Can you share an instance where you delivered service and describe what it entailed?
- What aspects of life hold significance for you?
