The recruiter was very brief and didn't provide much information. The interview felt rushed, lasting only 12 minutes even though it was scheduled for 30. As a recruiter myself, I could tell she wasn't very interested, but I believe we should still make an effort for all candidates. She didn't ask me any questions and couldn't answer the ones I had. I spoke with Samantha.

The hiring team was kind and understanding. They were very supportive of my situation! If you show them interest and competence, they seem happy to help. I didn't end up working for them right now, but I did get a job offer and I'm excited to start!

I got an interview through a friend who worked there. I went in and felt comfortable. I answered questions about my experience and values, especially regarding customer service. It wasn't enough. After the interview, I waited a week and heard nothing. Then I saw on indeed.com that they were hiring immediately and had a training program with no experience needed. I texted them, and they said I didn't get hired because even though I showed values, they didn't feel I embodied some of them, which is ridiculous because I believe in integrity, respect, problem-solving, safety, and excellent customer service. I also had a great resume and references. It wasn't enough. It's ridiculous. I got hired at a hotel and was told about their values afterward. I think they discriminate based on age or attractiveness. Shame on you, Moxie. Don't work here, it's not worth your time and effort.

Got one interview and then was offered the job a few days later. It was an easy process and I got the job offer the same week. I was told I would make $13.00/hr, which is why I accepted, but when I started I was only making $12.00/hr. I asked the manager about this and they said it was 'training pay' that wasn't disclosed when I was hired. I never got the wage I was promised, even after training.
