The whole process took nearly two months. I passed two technical rounds, and then there were two rounds with C-suite. They suddenly asked for two reference letters, which they hadn't mentioned before. After I provided the references and completed the final two rounds, I was rejected a week later. Scheduling each round took about a week. The final round itself was delayed by two weeks because the interviewer didn't show up the first time, requiring rescheduling. It's puzzling why C-suite rounds were necessary, given their apparent busy schedules (often running late or not showing up at all). This suggests poor management, especially considering the time wasted. Asking for a former manager's reference adds to this. I'd avoid this company.

It was a long and drawn-out process with many interviews and people asking similar questions. In hindsight, it should have been a red flag, but it wasn't. What they asked and had me do had no bearing on the actual job itself.

The technical challenge was to design a password checker in your language of choice. The system design portion was to design a service similar to tinyURL. After speaking with the CEO, never got any official rejection or any sort of feedback. The recruiter disappeared with no communication what so ever. Please do not bother interviewing with such company that's not respectful of your time.
