First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Moxa Inc..
Lead Software Engineer
First, a phone interview with a team member to see if I was willing to interview and give a quick intro to the job. Second, a remote interview with a team member to talk about and check my skills and get a job intro. Third, an on-site interview with a team member and the hiring manager. It had a 30-minute coding test and a 15-minute logic interview. I also had to introduce myself, including my work history and project experience, for an hour. Fourth, an on-site interview with the hiring manager, HR, and a supervisor. We talked about a challenge project for 15 minutes. The next steps involved a personality check, discussing management experience, and my pay expectations.

Finally, managers and HR will focus on your behavior questions and past experiences.
- What's your approach to managing your schedule when a project has a tight deadline?
Software Engineer
There are two interview levels. First, you'll interview with senior and staff engineers, involving an IQ test and a short C language exam. The next interview is with the team manager and HR. If you pass all interviews, you'll receive an offer.
