The interview process was really good and comprehensive. The interviewer asked some excellent questions and was happy to clear up any doubts I had. They were also very quick in letting me know about the next steps and the final offer.

The interview process was really short, just one round with the hiring manager and then it was over. It felt like they weren't really interested in my actual experience or skills, and just decided based on whether they liked me or not. The hiring manager asked some really odd questions I hadn't encountered before, like asking how my company survives when the industry is supposedly struggling. I'm not interviewing to be a CEO, but the questions kept steering towards my company's past and future plans.

My interview at Moveworks was great overall. It had a few parts: a screening, a take-home assignment, and then an on-site. The on-site was pretty tough, covering data engineering, product sense, and a data case study. They were understanding about my background in data engineering and product, and focused more on how I think and come up with ideas, which was cool. It felt like they really wanted me to do well, which isn't always the case. My only minor complaint is that recruiters sometimes emailed late at night, maybe around 11 PM, about what's next, when it would be better to just send it the next morning. The team's enthusiasm was infectious, everyone seemed super passionate and believed in the product. You can tell they're doing awesome stuff there with great people.
