First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at MovePlan Group.
Project Coordinator
The interview process was pretty straightforward and to the point. They didn't ask me anything I wouldn't have expected. They had me do a case study to examine my skills and I met with a couple of PMs. Everyone was really friendly and it was less informal than I thought it would be.
- Could you complete this case study using Excel to demonstrate your skills?
Project Coordinator
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Started with a background and relevance to the position chat, then a skills test on MS office. After that, there was no communication or follow-up. They said next steps would be 'end of week', but then there was no contact. It's fine to say no, but it's not cool to have people spend a good chunk of their day on a skills test and then ghost them.
- Can you discuss your background?
Project Coordinator
MovePlan's interview process is pretty thorough. It starts with a phone screening, then there's a creative writing/testing part. After that, you'll have a second interview with the hiring manager. The final stage is a group onsite interview with both the client and MovePlan staff.
- Tell me about a time you faced a crisis at work. How did you handle it, and what did you learn from the experience?
