The interview process was pretty straightforward and to the point. They didn't ask me anything I wouldn't have expected. They had me do a case study to examine my skills and I met with a couple of PMs. Everyone was really friendly and it was less informal than I thought it would be.

Behavioral Other

I went through 3 interviews total, 2 of which were remote. The first one went great, but the next two felt kinda messy and not very professional. The last one was even in person at a coffee shop, totally unplanned and unprofessional. The interviewer made some comments about how Canadians need to step up their work culture to match Americans, implying we don't work as hard or perform as well.

The interviewer was super nice and relaxed. They started by introducing themselves and then asked me to share my background. It was important to explain how my past experiences made me interested in the company, what I wanted to gain from the internship, and how it could tie into my future career goals.

It was a phone interview, then an employment exam, and finally an in-person interview. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I talked with employees from different offices across the country. There was a lot of open communication and I had the chance to ask questions, etc.
