The interview process started with an HR Phone Screen, followed by a Manager Interview, and concluded with a Project submission and review. It was a pretty standard process and moved at a normal pace. Overall, it was enjoyable and nothing major to note.

Had a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter, followed by a 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager. Then, there were three 30-minute video interviews back to back with the team. I was told via email that they weren't proceeding after interviewing with the team, which was super unprofessional especially since I had another offer and still chose to interview. Other agencies would at least call after the team interviews.

Applied on Linkedin and was contacted about my social media experience. Gave an overview of my limited experience. Had two interviews, one with HR and one with the Lead Project Manager. Both interviews were good and felt like friendly conversations. Both interviewers mentioned I was likely overqualified. The next Monday, HR emailed that they were considering me for a Senior Project Manager role instead. Four more interviews were scheduled, including one with the CEO. All interviews went well, and the people seemed great. The CEO was the toughest interviewer, questioning my social media experience. I also completed a 3-part assignment. The following Monday, I got a short email saying I was no longer being considered due to my lack of social media experience. The company knew my experience from the start and chose to nominate me for a more senior position. There was no update on whether I was still considered for the original PM role. I asked for more feedback, and they did provide a little more detail. It seems like this company wastes employee and applicant time. Six interviews plus unpaid work took many hours. The CEO doesn't seem to trust their employees' hiring decisions. I felt like Movement Strategy recruited me heavily, only to withdraw the offer based on information I was upfront about from the beginning.
