Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a three stage interview process. First with HR and the Hiring Manager. Then with the Unit Director and VP. They started with general questions, then delved into my experience, and finally asked how I would approach the problems facing the firm. The whole thing was intense but pretty manageable.

Behavioral Other

I interviewed in October 2020 and was rejected after the first phase, which was a situational interview. It was designed to assess typical actions one might take in their role. The outcome was a report summarizing personality traits. While there weren't strictly right or wrong answers, the assessment focused on alignment with the company's culture. This was my first rejection in a situational interview, so I found it 'more difficult' than usual.

I applied through the company's career portal. There were 3 rounds in total, and then an HR discussion afterwards. The first round was virtual and I met with a hiring manager. The second round was also virtual with an onshore manager. The third round was with a different manager who focused on assessing my fit for the role. The HR person was helpful and professional, guiding me through all the stages.
