After going through the interview process and getting the offer, I can say the journey was thorough and worth it. First, they really looked closely at my application, then had some good chats during screening and early interviews. The technical tests were tough but let me show what I could do. Later on, I met with the people who make the decisions, which helped us see if I'd be a good fit. They also did a reference check, which was the last step to confirm things. Getting the offer felt great, not just because they saw I was qualified, but also because my values matched the company's.

The interviewers didn't seem to have reviewed my CV and couldn't provide details about the role, which appeared to be generic. They weren't even sure if I had applied or if they had approached me. It felt like they were asked to interview me last minute with very little info. They skipped some of the questions they were supposed to ask and seemed eager to finish quickly. They mentioned I'd hear from the recruitment team soon, but I never did, not even a rejection or feedback. Honestly, a pretty poor setup.
