After submitting my application and finishing some standard tests, I was invited to the Leeds office for an interview. This specific role was with Mott MacDonald Bentley, focusing on water services. My interview lasted 1.5 hours and was conducted by two civil engineers. The main focus was on understanding my motivations for applying and my degree choice, assessing my background knowledge of the water industry, asking some situational questions, and a couple of technical questions. I learned that they were hiring for one graduate mechanical engineer position and there were four of us interviewing.
