It started with an online application and CV submission. Then, there was an assessment day. This included a timed individual task, a one-on-one interview, and then a group task. For the group task, we worked with other applicants on a case study, and had to come up with and present a solution. If successful, there was a final, brief interview with the hiring manager.

I applied in September and got through the online assessment and final application in October. I didn't hear back until February, after months of waiting. My final interview was in March, and it got rescheduled last minute, which then delayed their decision by two weeks. They gave me feedback, but it wasn't very helpful. The process itself wasn't too hard compared to other similar jobs, but I was disappointed with how poorly they communicated.

Coding Technical Behavioral

There's a lengthy sequence of automated interviews before you even talk to a person. You'll need to pass tests that are like IQ tests, behavioral assessments, and reasoning tests. This is pretty standard for consulting firms, but it takes a lot out of applicants and a ton of time since you don't get much feedback.
