So first there was an online test, and then we had an online interview with two engineers from the department I was joining. The interview itself was about an hour long and included a lot of strength-based questions.

The interview process involved a group discussion with 10 people, where only one was selected. Following that, there was one interview round with 6 candidates, from which only one was chosen. This interview focused on electrical and substation topics and was generally easy and relevant to electrical engineering. The initial part of the interview included 10 questions to solve.
