Technical Behavioral Presentation

The interview process had 3 rounds. Round one was with the divisional director and principal engineer, and it was a panel interview. They even offered tea and snacks during this interview. Round two was an interview with the Operational Manager, which happened late in the evening after office hours. Round three was an HR interview over the phone, mainly to finalize salary and discuss the joining period. After receiving the offer letter, I joined the company. The overall interview process was standard, and the interviews were conducted in a relaxed manner.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 2-round interview process. The first interview was with the direct manager and the second with the manager I'd work closely with on technical matters. HR was professional throughout and followed up on feedback after each round. The whole process took 3 weeks from the first interview to the offer extension, which felt a bit long but fair. I was very excited about this dream company and role, but unfortunately, I had already received a better offer after the second interview. I informed the manager and sent an email to HR explaining my decision, and HR responded graciously. A very professional experience.

Behavioral Other

It was a horrible experience with the HR recruiter. I was interviewed for a SharePoint Developer role, although the title they used was Senior Digital Engineer. They initially offered me an offer letter with a 70-day notice period, even though I told them I had a 90-day notice period, saying they would extend the joining date. However, when I contacted them a month before the joining date, the recruiter refused to extend the DOJ and told me to get an early release if I wanted to join. They can mess with your career anytime. Be careful if you're considering joining them. If you don't have any other job prospects, you might consider them, but otherwise, stay away.
