Overall a great hiring process. The interviewers and recruiters were excellent and provided good feedback. They were able to answer all my questions on time. This was a really good hiring process, and the interviewers and recruiters were great, offering good feedback and timely responses to all my doubts.

First I spoke with HR. The HR call was respectful and asked regular interview questions. After that, I had a technical interview. The interviewer was unprofessional, showing up late without an apology and seeming disorganized. They had a negative and condescending attitude. Unlike other interviews, there was no introduction about themselves, the role, or the company before diving into technical questions. There were awkward pauses, suggesting a lack of preparation. Some easy questions were asked, followed by unrelated computer science questions after long delays. It seemed like the interviewer hadn't read my resume or understood the role. When I tried to ask questions, they seemed rushed to end the call.

The interview process was well-defined, including a technical stage with a senior member of the team. Communication was very clear and frequent throughout. The recruiter was very good to me from start to finish. The senior developer showed a lot of interest in my technical skills and conducted a test in a very comfortable way, being open to discussions about my tech stack and how deep my knowledge goes.
