Sales Development Representative
It's pretty conversational and open. They want to know how you prospect and your best practices for getting people to agree to a meeting. They're looking to see your process and communication skills.
- How do you get in touch with someone if you're referred to them?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process was lengthy but they kept me updated throughout. After completing six rounds, which included a phone interview in Madrid, a phone interview from the USA, two in-person interviews at the Madrid office, and two Skype interviews, the US team informed me I wasn't selected, which is fine. However, the final Skype interview with the UK team felt arrogant and unprofessional, with a condescending attitude from someone who didn't even bother to turn on their camera during the interview.
- Tell me about your hobbies.
Sales Development Representative
Had an initial phone chat, then a first in-person interview. Talked to about 3-4 different people in various roles who asked a bunch of questions and checked if I'd fit the culture. The last interview was also in person, where I spoke with more company folks. They had me do a cold call roleplay and give a presentation about the company. It was a good way to learn about the sector.
- Do you see yourself having a long career in Sales?
- What makes you interested in MotionPoint?
- What interests you about the Software industry?
