Behavioral Technical Coding System Design

So first up is the application and screening part, where they post the job, you send in your stuff like resume and maybe your GitHub, and then they sort through it all to see if you kinda fit the basics. Then there's the initial contact, usually a phone or video call with a recruiter to check if you're a good fit overall and know the basics. After that, it's time for the technical assessment, which might be a coding challenge or a take-home assignment, or maybe an online test on platforms like HackerRank to see how good you are at solving problems and coding. Next, you'll likely have technical interviews. The first one is with a software engineer or tech lead to really dig into your technical skills and coding, you might even code on a whiteboard. If it's a more senior role, you could have a system design interview to see if you can design big, scalable systems. And of course, they'll test your knowledge of algorithms and data structures, maybe with problems about arrays, trees, or graphs. Then comes the behavioral interviews, where you talk with team members or managers about how you work with others, communicate, and solve problems, usually by talking about past experiences. The final round could be a team fit chat or a deeper technical dive with senior folks to really see how you'd fit in and how much you really know. After all that, they collect feedback from everyone who interviewed you and decide if they wanna give you an offer. If they do, you get the job offer with all the details, and then you can negotiate if you want. Once you accept, they start getting you ready to join, and then comes onboarding where you get settled in and learn the ropes.

Behavioral Technical

It was a really great experience! The interviewers and the staff were all very friendly and made the recruiting process very straightforward. I went through one virtual interview and then an in-house interview a couple of weeks after that. The virtual interview was about 30 minutes long and mainly consisted of traditional and behavioral questions. It wasn't too difficult. The in-house interview was about 2 hours total, with an hour and a half social event at the end. The 2 hours included two 30-minute interviews and a one-hour coffee break with two staff members. As I mentioned, the process is very straightforward and everyone was really friendly. It made me excited to join everyone at the firm. I was nervous at first, but that feeling quickly disappeared because of their friendly culture.
