Manager
it seemed like they really didn't have any actual positions available. when i asked where i was interested in working and postings were shown on their website, they then called that location to see if there was "still a need." it was almost like a headhunter cold calling, but this was internal. i had two interviews, one with HR and one with the department head.

- Why are you going to work for us
Manager
The interview process was very, very long. Prepare to wait and wait and wait. No one is in a hurry to fill a position. It was polite and formal, and the company treats people well. It wasn't very representative of the job itself, although the job is good. This is a low stress environment. A company that is growing but does not want to acknowledge it. It is very interesting how the company wants to grow but does not want to invest in the organization.
