First, I had a quick call with the recruiter to get to know each other. Then, the second round wasn't too heavy on questions for me, mostly just "Tell me about yourself," but the main part of the session was for me to ask the firm questions.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was pretty casual and standard. I got a first initial video call with the recruiter–about 15 mins long, then the following week was set up to interview with two managers. It was two 30-minute interviews back to back. So one interview was with one senior manager, and the next 30-minute round was with another manager. I was asked the typical behavioral questions, and then they turned the mic over to me, and I had to ask questions for the remaining time. So I spent 10-15 mins answering questions for each manager, and was asked to ask questions the rest of the time. Prepare to ask a lot of questions, and really good questions.

Candidates apply online with their resumes. Recruiters then filter through these applications to find the best matches. After that, there's a quick initial chat, either on the phone or video, lasting about 15-30 minutes. This call is usually with a recruiter or the hiring manager, and they'll talk about your past work, what you're looking to earn, and when you can start. Sometimes, they might ask a few basic technical or behavioral questions too.
