This was a pretty quick interview process. I applied and got an email two days later to set up a 15-minute chat with a recruiter. The recruiter was really nice and the interview went well. After that, I moved to the next stage, which was an hour and fifteen minutes long and consisted of two 1-on-1 interviews with senior managers. These interviews were quite easy, with very basic questions, feeling more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. The advice is to just be yourself and feel comfortable.

There was a phone call with the recruiter, then another phone call with a senior manager. After that, I went to the office for a visit. This included 3 one-on-one interviews with senior managers and managers, lunch with a senior manager and two audit staff, and a final interview with another senior manager. They really wanted to get to know me and see if I'd be a good fit for the company. It was a great experience; everyone was really welcoming when I arrived.

I interviewed for an entry level Audit Staff role through the fall recruiting for students. The recruiters on campus were helpful initially, but after I asked a lot of questions about their firm, they became less friendly. Maybe I asked too much. The first round was one on one behavioral interviews on campus. Then, the second round was on site with three back-to-back interviews, followed by a lunch with associates.
