First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Moss Adams LLP.
Office Administrator
It was a panel interview with 8 partners. I felt well prepared. It gave me a good feel for the practice and the varied styles of the partner group. I got a good understanding of where the future of the firm was going, especially given their recent merger (McFarland and Alton became Moss Adams in 1999).
- What is your approach to handling terminations?
Administrative Assistant
I had a phone interview that went pretty well. The recruiter was nice and it felt like a conversation. Then I had an in-person interview. First, I talked to one person, which was fine. But then I had to interview with two women who were really cold. I felt like they judged me right away, maybe because of what I was wearing, and answering them was awkward. I didn't want the job after that.
- What assurance do we have that you won't leave once you find a job related to your career path?
Executive Assistant
Started with a phone call with a recruiter from Moss Adams to talk about the job, then they set up 3 zoom calls, each 30 minutes long, with people at the company. We chatted about the company vibe and what's expected for the role.
- Were there any general questions asked about the role?
