The interview process was generally fine, though there were a few areas that could be improved. Communication was a bit slow at times, and the process felt slightly unstructured, but everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional overall. I had to follow up to get an update on the position as they didn't provide me with any.

The interview process for this company was really disorganized and they didn't seem to care about the candidates. I wish they would be more upfront and honest instead of leading people on. I know they wouldn't like being treated that way, so why put others through it?

The first interview was pretty chill, mostly about my management experience and some situational stuff, not too serious. Then, I had a second interview with Senior Management. It was a bit more formal, but mostly they wanted to get a feel for my personality and professional goals. I got the vibe that they're looking for someone who plans to stick around for a while.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked some situational questions and some that were specific to the job skills needed. It wasn't complicated, but I'm sure things have changed since then and the questions might be different now. The role I was interviewing for involved a lot of explaining the job duties to new hires.
