Applied online, then attended an info session and spoke with recruiters at a career fair. Got an email a few days later for an on-campus interview. Less than a week after that, I was contacted for a second-round interview at their Minneapolis headquarters. This second round was a two-day event. Day one was informational with a social activity. Day two involved three separate interviews with people from various departments, who were able to discuss any aspect of the company. They didn't push us towards any specific roles. Afterwards, we completed a survey ranking our top three preferred work areas. I was told we'd hear back within two weeks if selected for an offer, and I received a call three days later. The whole experience was pretty relaxed, focused on getting to know me. It felt conversational and laid-back, creating a good atmosphere.

The interviews went well and I was initially offered a position. A few days later, the recruiter informed me the original position was no longer available and asked about my interest in other roles, subsequently sending an offer for a different position. Another few days passed, and I was asked about relocating, which I declined. This whole process took 6 and a half months, and the recruiter was very difficult to reach and didn't seem to listen.
