Cleaner
I was called into their main office and spoke with a hiring manager. It wasn't a bad interview, pretty laid back and the staff were really nice and welcoming. They asked some general questions.
- Can you share an instance where you had to resolve an issue and describe your approach to it?
Production Operative
It was a quick and quite informal chat. Next thing I knew I had a job. Nothing challenging asked. It's honestly difficult to find thirty words to describe it. How many words am I on now? Quite a pleasant conversation, as I recall. Just try to sound engaged and enthusiastic.
- Could you provide details of your previous work experience?
- Do you know anything about our company?
Production Operative
This was my very first job interview, and it was a great experience. Everything went well, and I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the interview because the interviewer was really friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that, thank you.
- Have you ever worked in a fish factory before?
- What would you do if a teammate wasn't working as hard as you?
