Technical Coding System Design
It was a 2-hour interview. The process included looking at a take-home technical assignment, technical questions, a coding problem, a design challenge, and team fit. I didn't pass the technical part, so I never got to the team fit or questions stages. However, the first part felt unpleasant because of the interviewers' attitude. Two Senior Software Engineers introduced themselves but didn't let me introduce myself, so I had to take the initiative. I'm not a star developer and I get that I might not have made a great impression, but that doesn't give them the right to treat me disrespectfully, especially since they were the ones who invited me. At times, it felt like they weren't listening to my answers and would then tell me things I'd already said.

It was 4 rounds in total. First, a chat with HR, then two technical interviews, and the last one was a business interview. Each interview was about an hour long, except for one of the technical interviews which lasted 2 hours. There were always two other people on the call with me.

It was a two-stage interview process, with each stage lasting about 30 minutes. The first interview focused on my experience across the software development lifecycle and provided an overview of the company. They mentioned feedback would be provided within two weeks, as per company policy. However, the second interview, with an engineer, occurred after four weeks. This interview largely repeated the questions from the first round, leading me to believe the interviewer might not have been fully prepared or interested. Following this, I received no feedback. After another two weeks of silence, I emailed the HR representative but have not received a response to date.
