Applied online, then heard back to schedule an interview that was 1.5 months away. Had one interview and they said I would hear back the next week, but I had zero communication until I got the rejection email two months later. The interviewing process was pretty involved, you know, meeting with everyone from top to bottom. It was broken into two rounds, and each round I met with about 3-4 different people. They really tested my financial knowledge, specifically about mutual funds, and also my technical abilities. What was interesting is that each person I spoke with tried to really challenge me and didn't stick to those typical interview questions you usually get.
