The interview process will follow the STAR method. This method gives you a straightforward way to tell a story using the Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Situation: Set the scene and provide necessary details for your example. Task: Explain your responsibility in that situation. Action: Detail the specific steps you took to address it. Result: Share the outcomes your actions achieved.
- Can you tell me about a time you faced significant pressure at work and how you handled it?
Intern
Applied online. Had a recorded interview with three questions. An HR who had a misunderstanding about my major contacted me. After a week of email exchanges, I advanced to the second round. My interview was rescheduled once. Then, I had a Zoom interview with a company professional. I was told I'd hear back within a week. The HR and professional were friendly and responsive before the interview. However, after the interview, they became unreachable. I followed up with both the professional and HR three times without any response or notification about their decision for over a month. I only found out my application status was no longer considered when I checked my application on their website. It would have been better to notify or reply to interviewees instead of ignoring them.
