The interview process was pretty good, they really wanted to see if I had the technical skills and could communicate well. There were two main parts: first, I met with the Team Lead, and then I had two separate meetings with Managers.

So, there were like 200+ candidates for this job, and they told us it's not really a data analyst job, but more of an operations data entry role. If you're not interested, you can just leave. Honestly, don't waste your time here. The interviewers don't even have basic communication skills and they just ask the same questions to everyone. I got selected easily, but then I found out the job is totally different from what the description said. The engineers who were there got really upset. They're basically hiring people to do copy-paste work. I was so mad after the whole thing. Talking to someone who works there gave me the real picture. I wasted a whole day and also a week. Morningstar, if you're reading this, please change the job title to 'Data Entry' because it seems like you changed it just to charge clients more.

This was a hiring drive with lots of candidates, over 60 people applied. There were two interview rounds total. People who did good in the first round got to go to the second. All the interviews happened on the same day. It was pretty organized. They told us who got picked after looking at how everyone did in both rounds.
