First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Morley Companies.
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty professional and serious interview process. They got back to me really fast about scheduling and also after the interview. The whole thing was super simple, just standard interview questions. Not much else to add.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What are your previous job responsibilities?
- What made you apply for this position?
Call Center Representative
First, there's an assessment that includes typing, data entry, and Google Maps usage tests. For typing and data entry, accuracy is more crucial than words per minute. Then, you'll wait for your interviewer to sit down and go over a typical call script for a stranded motorist. After that, you'll answer standard interview questions about customer service and your commitment to the company. If you get hired on the spot (like I did), you'll fill out some forms and get forms for a drug test (you have 24 hours and it's free). You'll also need to visit some websites at home to complete paperwork for a background check, payroll, and company policies. The entire interview and assessment took about an hour.
- What would be your very first action if you found yourself locked out of your house with your car keys inside?
Customer Service Representative
I put in my application on the web and heard back for an interview about two weeks later. The person who interviewed me was super friendly and chill. He asked a bunch of stuff, but I didn't feel stressed at all talking to him. I got the job offer right then and there.
- Could you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
