First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Morley Companies.
Phone Agent
The process was very professional, informative and thorough. They explained the position, the company and expectations. My recruiter was knowledgeable, supportive and asked detailed questions to obtain a good fit for the position. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback on my work history.
- Tell me about your background and provide examples of previous experiences.
Technical Assistance Consultant
Started with a recruiter call to review my background and the job details. Then, I had an interview with a team lead for TAC. They asked some technical questions, tailored to someone with my level of experience in the specific vehicle make for the role, which was cool because it was based on what I know, not hypothetical situations. I was upfront about what I knew when I didn't have the answer. Both interviews went well, and I got an offer.
- Do you prefer working independently or as part of a team?
Customer Service Representative
It was a pretty professional and serious interview process. They got back to me really fast about scheduling and also after the interview. The whole thing was super simple, just standard interview questions. Not much else to add.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What are your previous job responsibilities?
- What made you apply for this position?
Organizational Development
I was contacted for a phone screening and had a virtual interview with the hiring manager soon after. I was told I would hear back regarding another possible interview by the end of the week. After several weeks, I received a rejection email. They offered feedback upon request and I was told they were looking for a special candidate with specific skills. Since then, I've seen the job reposted twice. I'm not sure if they are looking for more designers or never filled the original role, but if its the latter, perhaps they should just find somebody competent rather than being picky. Especially when it is a 3-6 month temporary position.
- Can you tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it?
