It's a multi-stage interview process. First, there's a recruiter call where we discuss the role, the company's clients, and commission structure. Then, the hiring manager will want to chat about your career history and what you can bring to the role. After that, there are two more managers who you'll meet with, and this part of the process will be in the office.

I applied for a senior recruitment consultant position. The interview process involved three rounds. Ultimately, they offered me a junior role, compensating me at an entry-level recruiter salary. This experience was a total waste of my time and effort, and I wouldn't consider interviewing with them again.

The entire interview process took a while, which I think is good because it means they are thorough in hiring. It’s also great for ensuring it’s a good fit for everyone involved. It began with a brief chat with the internal recruiter over the phone; she was really nice. Then, I came in for the first in-person interview where I met the internal recruiter and two managers from different teams. I then participated in an assessment that felt a lot like the TV show 'The Apprentice'. We had to do several tasks, including role-playing, giving a sales pitch, and a short presentation. It was pretty nerve-wracking but also kind of fun. We also got to meet some of the current employees. After that, I interviewed with managers and directors from two teams, and then with the operations director. I was asked a lot more questions, which helped me understand their teams better. The final stage was an interview with the COO. He was very passionate and clearly accomplished, which made it a bit intimidating and the toughest part of the process. What really stood out to me about Morgan McKinley is their high employee loyalty and retention rate; most people I met had been there for over 4 years. The offices are also very nice, and they even have their own branded water, which is a nice little bonus.
