I applied through the online system and got an email from HR in Sydney within days, which led to a phone interview in under two weeks. Then, I had a couple of one-on-one interviews with Managers and their team members in Hong Kong. Everyone was super friendly and professional, really wanting to know more about me. Each chat went on for over an hour, and they really encouraged me to ask questions. Since they were hiring for many teams at once, each person explained their specific role so I could figure out which area I liked best. It naturally led to more questions from both sides, making the conversations really engaging. I really liked the company's vibe and the people.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

After applying online, the first step was a telephone interview with an internal recruiter. Then, I had a face to face interview with the team leader and manager, which was a basic interview. They went through my CV, asked why I was interested in recruitment, and why Morgan Mckinley. After that, I had to complete a behaviour analysis questionnaire via email to assess how I'd handle the pressures of recruitment and how I'd act in different situations. Finally, there was a presentation and interview with the manager and director where I had to show how I'd find candidates. The interview process is manageable if you're well-prepared. It's important to know a lot about recruitment beforehand and understand that this is a sales role, so they're looking for strong sales abilities. I noticed sometimes the internal recruiter and the interviewers weren't on the same page about the role's details. Also, during the presentation in the third round, the director seemed uninterested, checking her phone, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview experience, and the people seemed decent.

After I applied, the first step was a phone interview. Then, there was a video interview. After I passed those, I had 4 one-on-one interviews with Managers and their team members, plus 1 group interview at the London office. The managers were really nice, helpful, and wanted to know more about me and why I wanted this job. The Talent Acquisition team was great, keeping me updated from the first interview all the way to the offer. They'd check in to see how things were going and gave me advice and answered my questions. It was a really good experience!
