The interview process went smoothly. The HR representative was knowledgeable and responsive, providing quick and clear communication. They were also very transparent about the role. However, a partner was 45 minutes late for the interview. The HR person did a great job describing the position. I wish I had more details about the job and its duties before the interview, though.

It's a good position. The workload is big, but if you can handle it, it's great. The pay is great, and the people are great too. The interview process was easy, with two people. You'll get a lot of experience in this role.

The interview started off weirdly with one of the interviewers in a bad mood. This was the only interview out of 28 where someone was rude. The rudeness lasted almost the whole time. There were three interviewers total; two were nice and asked standard behavioral questions. The third interviewer was either having a bad day or trying to stress interview poorly, attacking mentors and lacking composure. Before I could even finish thanking them, the angry one started discussing post-interview chats and complaining about their workload. I've heard most attorneys are nice, but this experience made me decide against reapplying, no matter the compensation.
