Got a call from an internal recruiter for the IT team. Then I interviewed with a manager who asked some basic job-related questions. The next day, the recruiter called back to set up an onsite interview. It was a group interview with about 6 people in one room, covering both technical and soft skills. Later that week, I had a second interview with two more senior managers. I got positive feedback and an offer within a few days. The background check took about a week. The whole process was about 2.5 weeks.
