It looks like each lawyer has their own set of questions, covering things like personality, your background, and what you expect from the role. Everyone seems pretty nice, and they're really trying to see if you'd be a good fit for their team, and also if the team is a good fit for you.

The questions mostly revolved around my background and work experience, but it felt surprisingly superficial for a mid-level associate role. The interviewers didn't seem very organized, and it felt like they'd been interviewing for this position for ages. After the interview, I didn't hear back for four weeks, so I followed up. Ultimately, there was no offer and no feedback.
