I applied online and then heard from the department about a month to a month and a half later. There was just one interview with the Department Administrator and the Program Director, though the Program Manager might be involved in future interviews. The interview was about an hour long. After about a month, HR called with a verbal offer, and then I got the official offer letter, which included the salary details.
