First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mor Furniture.
Sales Associate
It was a quick interview, 30 minutes max. I spoke with several managers who asked the same questions. It felt like an easy job to get. The interviewers were all young white men in button-down shirts. They didn't seem highly educated, but they had likely been there a long time.
- Are you willing to clean the bathroom?
Sales Associate
Got an easy interview experience. It was a basic personality assessment. First, I met with a regional manager, and then the second interview was the same day with his boss. The first interview was super friendly and appropriate. The second person who interviewed me was rude and arrogant. But, I got the job offer.
- Are you motivated by competition?
- Do you succeed in reaching sales goals?
Sales Associate
I went in to drop off my resume, and right away, a manager interviewed me. Then the GM interviewed me. I came back the next day, got directions for a drug test, and was told 'see ya in an hour'.
