First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mor Furniture.
Sales Associate
Got an easy interview experience. It was a basic personality assessment. First, I met with a regional manager, and then the second interview was the same day with his boss. The first interview was super friendly and appropriate. The second person who interviewed me was rude and arrogant. But, I got the job offer.
- Are you motivated by competition?
- Do you succeed in reaching sales goals?
Web Developer
They're looking for a full-time, in-house Magento developer to manage their e-commerce site. They previously tried a local Magento agency but it didn't work out, so they want someone dedicated to the company. The interview process was thorough and professional, including conversations with their main IT person and a software specialist.
- Were you able to modify an existing Magento design to be more like their competitor's site?
Sales
The hiring process was fast. It included a week of training, followed by ongoing training. Getting hired was simple after passing the interview, and it involved a standard background check and reference checks.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this position?
Manager
I had two interviews. They asked standard questions about real-life situations and how I handled them. They wanted to know how I dealt with different situations.
- Can you describe a time when you weren't meeting the required results and what steps you took to address it?
