Intern
So, about the interview process, it's about your CV and personality, and there's also a small study case about working life. You'll need to talk about your CV and what you know about accounting, audit, and finance. They also want to know your strengths, weaknesses, and skills.
- Can you introduce yourself, and explain what audit is and why you are interested in it?
Intern
It started with regular behavioral questions and then moved on to some technical ones. They wanted to know how I'd handle specific situations and about my past experiences to see if I'd be a good fit for the company. Overall, it wasn't too difficult, and the interviewers made it a really pleasant atmosphere.
- What would your friends say about you?
- Could you introduce yourself?
Intern
This was a time-consuming interview process, with 5 interviews in total. Each interview felt a bit short, and getting rejected after several rounds was unexpected. There was also a lengthy take-home assignment that made me realize the role might not be what I hoped for.
- Could you provide examples of direct mail campaigns you've managed successfully?
