Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Moore Global.
Consultant
Took a long time to get a response, I had to call myself. In the end, I wasn't invited for an interview myself. They did try to offer me a job in audit though. But I kindly refused that. So, overall a bad experience.
- What's your motivation for this role?
- Can you tell us about your experience?
Senior Consultant
It was a quick interview process. I first had an online interview with P&C, then I met with two directors in person. Everything wrapped up in under two weeks, and the atmosphere was pretty laid-back.
- Can you discuss Division 7a questions?
- What are your thoughts on deferred tax questions?
Consultant
Went through a test, including logic tests. If that went okay, there was a phone call. Afterwards, an in-person meeting at the office. This was followed by a salary proposal sent by email, and we discussed the salary proposal over the phone, and then I had to respond by email.
- What is your vision for the future?
- What are your career expectations?
