The interview process was really long, with more interviews than we initially agreed on. After they told me I passed and I was waiting for the contract, they cancelled last minute. Their excuse was that someone more experienced than me was willing to take a junior position. So after 9 interviews and a message that I got the job, I was left with nothing.

The whole process took about two weeks. First, there was a recruiter call. Then, I had a professional interview with the team lead. After that, a home assignment. Next, another professional interview with the QA group team lead. Then, an interview with HR. Finally, an interview with the R&D director.

The interview took place in a small room, despite the luxurious setting. The interviewer asked irrelevant questions, like if my current employer knew about this interview, to which I responded no. They repeatedly mentioned the job is difficult, not enjoyable, requires weekend work, and suggested they should fire more staff, which was quite strange. The last part of the interview, about 3 minutes out of 40, involved questions on how I would QA a game, which was the only part I liked.
