A recruiter reached out after looking at my public profile. We had a quick chat where they just went over stuff that was already online. They didn't ask anything new or request more info. The next day, they let me know they weren't moving forward. It was polite, but it felt like a waste of time since they seemed to make a decision before even talking to me. If they had looked closer initially, maybe it would have been better for everyone.

It started with a chat with the team lead at their office, then I got a take-home assignment. After that, there was an in-person interview with the team lead and an architect. The architect asked me some stuff I didn't know and felt it wasn't related to the job, plus they were really rude and dismissive about my answers. Then, the architect just dipped out without saying bye properly. The team lead seemed a bit awkward but didn't really intervene. Honestly, I just wanted out. I wouldn't want to work there even if they offered me the job.
