It started with a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, there was a take-home task where I had to do some data analysis and come up with business insights. After that, I interviewed with a Team Lead. The next step was another interview with a different Team Lead and the Head of Product Analytics. They mentioned there might be one more interview with the VP Data. The whole thing wrapped up with an HR interview.

It started with an HR phone call, followed by a ~2 hour take-home exam. Then, there were two technical interviews and an HR interview. After that, they checked references. They were super nice and welcoming throughout the whole process, showing interest in me and letting me speak my mind during interviews. They even gave me the option to take short breaks if I needed to sort out other recruitment processes. The whole recruitment was fast and organized, and they were really responsive and considerate.

I already passed the first stage which was a 1.5 hour take-home assignment involving SQL and graph analysis. The second interview was on-site with two team leads. One team lead, a man, was friendly and asked about me. The other team lead, a woman, asked for my thoughts on what makes a good analyst. She seemed to have a bad vibe throughout the interview. She then went through my entire work history, probing why I left previous jobs and if I was fired, which felt very unpleasant and hostile. The second part of this round involved technical questions on probabilities (from my first university course) and graph analysis.
