The interview process was really fast and straightforward. The team responded well to my questions, and I had a great time interviewing. The home assignment was relevant to the Account Manager role and gave me a good idea of the day-to-day tasks. It was also a bonus to see the office. All in all, the people were lovely and it was a positive interview.

Had a quick phone call with HR, then a 70-minute take-home test with questions like "how would you deal the situation", followed by a 5-minute video at the end of the test talking about a difficulty I might have at the new position. The whole test was on time. After 3 days, they called and said it wasn't good enough. Didn't feel like the test was fair.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied through LinkedIn. First, there was a phone interview with HR. Then, I got a home assignment. The assignment had questions about customer success, dealing with unhappy players, and players who can no longer spend money in the game. I also had to record myself talking about the challenges I might face in the role. After that, I had an interview with an AM team lead, and then another interview with the group manager, both lasting an hour. They asked similar questions, and it was a pretty standard process. Overall, it was a positive experience; the home assignment was reasonable, and the team was friendly.
