Behavioral Other

The interview process was not great, I was rejected after the onsite interview without any reason and no feedback was given. There were a few questions, a tour of the facility, and a question about empathy. People seemed nice, and the site also seems nice, though it appears difficult to access without a car. It gives a vibe of a military base. Having manufacturing and office in one place is quite cool.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So the interview was in three parts. First up was this quick pre screening that was like 10 minutes. They asked me about my education and like, what salary I wanted. Then, a couple days later, I had an interview over Microsoft Teams because of Covid. It was with my two future supervisors and lasted about an hour. Mostly non-technical stuff. The last interview was also on Teams and was much longer, about 5 hours. It included a lab tour, a technical interview, and I also had to give a presentation. I presented my senior capstone project for about 45 minutes and then they asked questions for about 15 minutes.
