I had my third round interview at their London office with two interviewers — a gentleman and a lady. The gentleman was perfectly professional, asked relevant questions, and appeared to have no hidden agenda. However, the lady — who would have been my direct manager — had clearly not reviewed my CV (she even asked about the notice period for a role I left three years ago) and proceeded to ask a series of disjointed questions. It felt as though she was more interested in extracting details about my sales approach than conducting a proper interview. At that point, I found it difficult to remain engaged and seriously considered ending the interview early. It was a rather unique experience, to say the least.

So I passed a game test and then had a quick call with the recruiter where they asked some basic questions. After that, I had a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager. They wanted to know why I was interested in the job, what I knew about the company, and what I could bring to the table. They also asked about my long-term career goals (10 years out) and my strengths and weaknesses. It seemed to go well, and they said they really liked me, but they ended up hiring someone else already.

It was a three-interview process. Started with a phone call with HR, then I had to do an online personality test. After that, I had a face-to-face with the hiring manager, and then a week later, another face-to-face with the regional head. Each of those lasted about an hour. About a week after the last interview, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with my application because they felt I had too much experience.
