Relationship Manager
Initial call with HR for about 20 minutes to assess profile, followed by an interview with the manager. There would have been two more stages if I had proceeded. The HR conversation was quite relaxed for profiling. The manager interview lasted an hour, covering questions about my personal profile and some job-related questions about how I would react in certain situations.
- Can you give an example of a stressful situation you experienced in your career and how you handled it?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Manager
Overall the process was really good and smooth. The HR person got in touch to talk about the role and then arranged an interview with the hiring manager. After that, feedback was given. Everything was executed properly step-by-step.
- Can you tell me about your career?
Relationship Manager
First, there was an HR call where they gave an overview of the job, the company benefits, and asked why I was interested in the role. After that, the first interview was with the head of recruiting/sales team's TL. Then, the second interview was with the TL from the UK office and the head of recruiting from the first interview. Everything was very efficient and punctual.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What about your weaknesses?
