Behavioral Case

So the interview process had four stages, and I talked to different leaders in the company. First, I had a chat with the HR recruiter, then I interviewed with the Hiring Manager. After that, I met with a Skip-Level Manager, which was good to get a bigger picture. The last step was a meeting with the Managing Director (Business Leaders) to make sure I was aligned with the company's strategy. All the interviews were done online, and they mostly asked me scenario-based questions to see how I'd solve problems and make decisions in real situations.

Behavioral

It was going great... until they ghosted me. I had two really good rounds. Then I got an automated email and no one responded when I asked for feedback. About 5 months prior, a recruiter from Moodys had reached out for a role, set up an interview, and then halfway through, told me there was no longer a position available and she assumed she was too late to cancel.

Technical Behavioral

I applied online and went through a process that lasted six weeks. There were three main phases, and I talked to a total of ten people. It kicked off with a phone screen, and then I had more interviews, some over the phone and some in person, with both colleagues and my potential managers. Ultimately, I wasn't hired, which was a bummer given I met with so many people from the team.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Peers asked mostly technical stuff, but some behavioral ones too.
  • Management asked pretty much only behavioral questions, with a few technical ones thrown in.
