The interview process was smooth and straightforward, with a very pleasant interviewer. The conversation flowed easily, leaving me with a strong positive impression of both the interviewer and the company. I'm happy to be joining the team. Overall, it was a great experience.

The interview process was really drawn out, spanning about six months. It kicked off with an HR interview focused on the role, where the recruiter seemed quite enthusiastic about my profile. This was followed by interviews with two team members and then another round with the hiring manager. After a significant break of a few months, I had to meet with the MD. There was another interview, and then a call to discuss a potential shift in the role, which felt a bit unusual, but I agreed, with the understanding that HR would contact me to finalize things. I was expecting a positive outcome after the last discussion, but surprisingly, after two weeks, they decided to hire a junior staff member instead.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied online and heard back about a week later that I was selected for a super day, which was scheduled for two days after that. I prepped by reviewing credit analysis and process/multiples. On the super day, I had back-to-back 30-minute interviews with two senior analysts (managers) from the team, then another senior analyst (manager). The first interview covered my CV, background, why Moody's, and some technical questions I felt good about. I focused on showing my interest, capability, and alignment with Moody's. It's now the third business day and I'm a bit worried since I haven't heard back, especially as others have mentioned being ghosted.
