The process went smoothly. I liked the general manager; he was approachable, kind, and seemed genuine, smiling a lot. He didn't ask many questions, and I'd be happy to work with a manager like that.

The process is super simple and basic. You can apply in person or online. Then, you'll have a one-on-one chat with either the general manager or the FOH/HOH manager. They'll ask you some questions about your customer service skills and how you handle time management or tough situations. If they like you, they'll schedule a working interview for you to try out the job on a normal day. This usually lasts 1-2 hours, where you'll shadow someone in the role you're applying for (hostess, server, or bartender). If that goes well, they'll set a start date for you.

The process wasn't great. They lost my resume. When I followed up, they never got back to me and just kept telling me to call later. I wasn't impressed with how they handled things, it's just not right.
